Andrea Alfred PhD, LMSW, an Empathetic Change Agent with over 20 years of social work practice assisting individuals, couples and families build resilience mentally, physically and socially from a trauma informed prospective. Andrea has helped multiple clients achieve goals and improve overall well-being through individual/group therapy treating addiction, depression, anxiety and trauma utilizing evidenced-based interventions to affect change.
